Laura Sullivan Ethridge

Laura is a strategic leader with experience in financial services, marketing, and management, honed at American Express and in executive roles at Hancock Whitney Bank, Wells Fargo, and Lonely Planet. Known for creative problem-solving, practical prioritization and growth-driving skills, she has led innovative marketing, sponsored key tech investments like Salesforce, and driving community development efforts. Laura has also consulted for private equity portfolio companies and brands like Disney, P&G and Costco. Her career spans diverse business environments from size, stage, geographic reach and customer orientation (i.e. B2B vs. B2C). She holds a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. Laura divides her time between the Mississippi and Massachusetts coasts.

Liz Tahawi

Liz is a B2B growth marketing leader with an expertise in scaling start-ups, creating effective, efficient GTM launches and campaigns, and honing product marketing messaging. She’s served both on the Agency side with Microsoft in the pioneering days of digital through to companies leaning into the evolving world of AI as a tool to harness and deploy today. Liz has worked with $100 to $100M marketing budgets and has a proven record to increase ARR, retain right-fit customers, and expand into new segments. She has deep vertical experience in supply chain tech, SaaS, and newly funded marketing teams starting from scratch. Customers include nimble start-ups, tech Enterprise giants like Apple, AMD, Meta, and innovators in between. Liz has a degree in International Relations from Georgetown University and calls Piedmont, California home.
